WORESANA®rye

Rye is rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Rye has a high proportion of lysine, an important amino acid. WORESANA® is prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic. Biotics are products or metabolic by-products that are excreted by living bacteria through fermentation or released after bacterial lysis (dissolution), such as enzymes, peptides, peptidoglycans, polysaccharides, cell surface proteins and organic acids (e.g. lactic acid). Biotics also have anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, hypocholesterolaemia, antiproliferative and antioxidant effects.

WORESANA® is a powerful symbiotic-based ingredient created by the fermentation of organic rye flour by a patented, complex multi-strain lactobacilli culture-system. WORESANA® combines the benefits of the increased bioavailability of the plant’s components of rye with those produced by the microorganisms during the different phases of the fermentation process itself.
