Thomas Sender has been a new member of the woresan GmbH team since 1 January 2015 and will be managing the production of woresan products in future as Production Manager.
Thomas Sender has many years of professional experience as a food technician. He was employed by IsernHäger GmbH & Co. KG for over twenty years. woresan GmbH was a subsidiary of IsernHäger GmbH & Co. KG until 2005. Mr Sender held several positions during his time with IsernHäger, including:
- Laboratory management
- Assistance with research and development
- Management of dough centre (bakery, product development, conferences)
- Production management of StartGut (yeast) and woresan products
Within the scope of his work in research and development, Mr. Sender played a major role in the development of woresan products during the 2000 decade. Later, as production manager, he was responsible for the production of these products. Even after the independence of woresan from 2005, IsernHäger continued to manufacture woresan products as a contract manufacturer. Other activities associated with production management were the introduction and supervision of certified quality management systems such as IFS Food, ÖKO-Standard and kosher production.
